About FormSphere
FormSphere is a catalogue of fillable PDF documents. You can type into them in any normal PDF reader, save them and print them — no special software needed.
What you will find
- Official forms made fillable. Registration, licence, tax and court forms from public authorities in the UK, US, Ireland, Australia and other countries, turned into clean blank AcroForms. We only offer these where the publisher's reuse terms allow it, and we show the licence and attribution on each page.
- Original templates. The Freelancer Kit (contracts, invoices, NDAs, timesheets) and free documents for families, written by us in country-neutral language.
- Guides. Country guides for freelancers that link to the official authority instead of copying its forms.
How we make documents
Every document is checked page by page against its source: all fields are blank, work in a PDF reader, and the wording and layout are unchanged. Where a source or its reuse terms are unclear, we do not sell it.
What we are not
FormSphere is not a law firm or tax adviser, and templates are not legal advice. Please check each document for currency and for the rules that apply to you. We are not affiliated with the government bodies whose forms we reproduce.
