Privacy Policy
1. Who is responsible
Controller details are not published yet. They will be shown here before accounts open; registration stays closed until then.
2. What we collect and why
- Account data (email, name or company name, country): to create and manage your account and, later, to deliver documents you buy. Legal basis: taking steps at your request / performing the contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
- Proof of your agreement (version of these documents and date you accepted them): to show that you accepted the terms. Legal basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).
- Marketing consent (optional, separate tick, with date): to send news about new documents. Legal basis: your consent (Art. 6(1)(a)); you can withdraw it at any time and it never affects your account.
- Security data: to limit abuse we keep a one-way hash of your IP address, together with a counter, for at most a few hours. We do not store the IP address itself. Legal basis: legitimate interest.
- Orders (when purchases open): product, price, status and payment reference, kept for accounting and tax obligations (Art. 6(1)(c)). Card details are handled by the payment provider and never reach FormSphere.
We do not sell your data and do not use it for automated decisions or profiling.
3. Who receives data
Our hosting and database provider is Cloudflare. Providers for sending email and for payments will be named here before they are used. Each acts under a data processing agreement or as an independent controller in its own right (payment providers).
4. How long we keep it
Account data: until you delete your account or after prolonged inactivity. Unconfirmed registrations: removed after a short period. Accounting records: as long as the law requires. Security hashes: hours.
5. Your rights
You can ask for access, correction, deletion, restriction, portability, and object to processing based on legitimate interest. Write to the contact address above. You may also complain to your data protection authority.
6. Cookies and local storage
The site uses only what it needs to work (for example, your cart is kept in your browser). We do not use advertising or tracking cookies. Cloudflare Turnstile, used on the registration form, checks that a visitor is human.
