Controller details are not published yet. They will be shown here before accounts open; registration stays closed until then.
2. What FormSphere offers
FormSphere is a catalogue of blank, fillable PDF forms (AcroForm). Free documents can be downloaded; paid documents become available after purchase. Purchasing is not open yet.
3. Accounts
You need a valid email address that you control. Provide accurate details and keep access to your account to yourself. We may close accounts that are used abusively.
4. Documents and licence
Each document page states where the form comes from (official source, unofficial source or FormSphere template) and any licence terms. Unless stated otherwise, a purchase gives you a personal, non-transferable right to download and use the document for your own purposes; it is not a right to resell or redistribute it. Official forms remain the property of their publishers; FormSphere is not affiliated with or endorsed by them unless stated.
5. No legal advice
Forms are general-purpose templates. Check that each one is current and suits your situation and local requirements before use. Nothing on this site is legal, tax or professional advice.
6. Digital content, price and payment
Prices are shown before you order and are fixed when you place the order. Details on payment methods, delivery of digital content and your statutory right of withdrawal will be shown at checkout before you pay.
7. Liability
Nothing limits liability that cannot be limited by law. Otherwise, documents are provided as is, and we are not liable for outcomes of using a form (for example, a rejected application).
8. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the version and date are shown above and we record which version you accepted. Questions: use the contact address in section 1.
