How it works

Choose a document from our €2 collection. For every completed, non-refunded purchase, FormSphere allocates €2 to the named charity. FormSphere covers payment processing fees and any applicable taxes separately. Contributions are transferred monthly. Our impact page distinguishes allocated amounts from confirmed donations and publishes transfer records.

This is a purchase of a document; the donation is made by FormSphere afterwards. It is not a donation receipt and carries no tax deduction for you.

Questions

Is this a subscription?: No. Each document is a one-time purchase.
Who makes the donation?: FormSphere.
How much goes to help?: €2.00 per qualifying purchase.
When is the money transferred?: According to the published schedule — monthly, by default by the 15th of the following month.
How can I check the transfer?: In the transfer history and anonymised confirmations on the impact page.
What happens if I get a refund?: A refund before the transfer reduces the amount owed to the charity. A refund after the transfer does not reduce what was actually donated; FormSphere bears that cost.
